Day two

Woke up at 6:30 and had a time of organization and then a time of worship/prayer/song before all of the 6 teams split up to go to the 6 places where we will plant/start the new church's...our team went about 45 min outside the city to a very small one road farming town...here are a few pics

We walked the town getting familiar with it...tomorrow we will be going door to door...should be interesting...we got lots of crazy looks today!

This is a pic of the team waiting for our ride...

Everyone has a cell phone...I guess you have to get your Facebook on regardless of where you live...LOL

This is Pastor Rider Bel Monte with his daughter...

This is my translator Pablo...

We came back to Tarija had a huge lunch and walked around during sesta...there were very few people out...

You can see their version of razor wire...glass in concrete...

At 4:30, we caught a bus to the pastor's house for the evening church service...they have church at his house...you are walking down the street and come to a gate...go in and this is their house...open air court yard would be the living room/dinning room...super small bathroom with toilet and doubles as a shower...no curtain just drain in floor and shower head comes right out of wall beside toilet...You could use the John and shower at the same time...one room was pastors bedroom...one was two kids room (8 year old and 16 year old share very small room) and a shop where the pastor makes/repairs electronics for the family income...

Each American gave their testimony about when they developed a relationship with Christ...pastor gave sermon...pastors wife lead us in praise music...very easy to understand the music even in Spanish...Maybe 10-15 people at the service...

Finally made it back to the hotel and we walked several blocks to a fried chicken joint for dinner...it's currently 11pm and going to bed...please pray that we do what ever it is that God has planned for us tomorrow.
